Teaching Methodology Based on Anonymous AI Bot Assistant

ABSTRACT:

The article is devoted to the development and practical testing of a new methodology of the educational process, mainly for distance learning formats. The main competitive advantage of the proposed service is the use of “joint” learning technology with the participation of an AI-bot – a bot included anonymously in a group of students. In the process of “joint learning”, the AI-bot, previously trained at the student level, adapts and is additionally trained to the requests and assessment criteria of the “cross-testing” participants. A feature of cross-testing is the use of algorithms for setting tasks and evaluating results based on the principles of “fuzzy logic”. This creates conditions for the targeted development of the “cognitive” abilities of students and the AI-bot. The bot participates in different groups of students. Its training sample expands during use and the bot can become a full-fledged assistant to students (even in one-on-one training) and teachers, who receive a very powerful “feedback” mechanism for making decisions on adjusting the learning process, even at the individual level. Theoretical issues and results of practical testing of the methodology, as well as the prospects for use in different industries are discussed.
