ABSTRACT:

A Systematic Approach is a mechanism for integrating modern ICT with effective methods of training foreign languages, which were previously available only to a narrow circle of specialists. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the methodological basis of the electronic system, its structure and key technological components that ensure the implementation of a mechanism for improving the level of foreign language proficiency in the context of professional activity. The methodological basis of the proposed management system for the formation of the speech area in the adult learner’s mind is a Structural and Visual Method involving visual modeling during the transition from native speech to gradually assimilated speech in a new language. Recent developments are aimed at combining methods that simultaneously develop language skills and grammatical competence in the context of a single activity. Each method can be improved with the help of computer technology, and the combined use of these methods in one system will lead to a synergistic learning effect. The proposed language skills management system should work in cooperation with a linguistically integrated system that is methodologically accurate and ensures the development of the spoken language area of the studied language in a finite number of steps. The inclusion of the psyche of students in the learning management process ensures the sustainable development of foreign language thinking of adults through the process of assimilated professional and language skills.
