Gulnara Rizakhojayeva
ABSTRACT:
The digitalization of foreign language instruction for tourism students through action research is a valuable approach to enhance their language learning experiences. The manuscript defines step-by-step guide how action research was conducted to improve foreign language instruction for tourism students using digital tools. In the process of action research selected digital tools into the language instruction were integrated, including online language learning platforms, virtual tours, language exchange apps, and video conferencing for live interactions with native speakers. The data to evaluate the impact of digitalization as language assessment scores, student feedback through survey, and observations of their engagement and progress were gathered. The collected data to determine whether the use of digital tools has had a positive impact on language learning outcomes for tourism students was analyzed. The findings were reflected on and adjustments or improvements to the digital tools and instructional methods were considered based on the data and student feedback.
