The participants were asked to respond to the items by indicating their level of agreement using a five-point Likert scale. The participants of the study were a total of 162 English teachers from different ethnic backgrounds. Overall, there were more Turkish participants than others. 140 female (86.4%) teachers and 22 male teachers (13.6%) participated voluntarily in this study.
