ABSTRACT:

Flexible learning pathways allow students to have greater autonomy and flexibility in the pedagogical process, resulting in more meaningful learning. As for information and communication technologies in education, they allow for the expansion of teaching environments beyond the traditional classroom, favouring the transfer of knowledge and meaningful learning. The main objective of the project was to implement a methodology of flexible learning pathways for the Physical Education and Healthy Habits subject, in the third course of the primary education bachelor, during the 2021-2022 academic year, integrating activities for managing the subject’s accounts on various social networks: Twitter and Instagram. The students, who chose the management of social networks from among the various options of the flexible learning pathway, made between 1 and 3 weekly boards distributed between the two social networks, during a period of 10 weeks, always publishing content related to the subject. Through the management of social networks, students have learned to relate the theoretical and practical contents of the subject, and to work on them in a graphic, attractive, ordered and synthesised way. In addition, the development of commitment, professional identity, cohesion, adaptability and creativity has been favoured. In general terms, the students rated the task very satisfactorily, highlighting the significant learning and positively valuing the fact that the task will continue to be carried out in future courses.
