ABSTRACT:
This research aims to bridge Muslim and Non-Muslim societies in Malaysia and Japan and the whole world by creating awareness and understanding of Arabic Linguistics and its effects on non-Arabic speakers in the whole society and university requirements. Malaysia is multi-racial with different religions, cultures, languages, and ethnicities. Educationally, Malaysia had been a renowned international lingual multiple globally, and the demand for linguistic studies in whole countries has the estimated value of tourists visiting Malaysia that increases financial input by more than USD half billion annually. Further, there must be a cure for the different teaching methods and factors affecting ways of activating the innovative methods, and to address the quality of teaching provided to students and make the teaching effective to make the change required in Japan specially and whole countries. Because Japan is a very developed country and became an excellent sample globally, and thus, it is not meant only for Muslims but, for everybody. The same goes for Muslims who communicate in a foreign language such as Arabic or Japanese but could not have it due to the doubt of its linguistic correctness. Thus, we believe that with the right knowledge and the creation of a new innovative method and proper perception of Arabic linguistics concepts in the world, people can be harmonized and united through communicating the language. The grant will be used to conduct research on policies and practices involving whole universities in various cities in Malaysia and an International Universities.
