Revolutionizing Digital Education: The I.I.P.A System for Enhanced Teaching and Learning

Phenyo Magodielo

ABSTRACT:

In this theoretical paper, Magodielo (2024) discusses the Informative Media, Instructional Media, Practical Media, and Assessing Process (I.I.P.A) System, addressing the challenges faced by educators and learners in the rapidly evolving landscape of digital education. A major challenge is the integration of multimedia technology in traditional educational settings. The paper is grounded in the Technology Acceptance Model and Cognitive Load Theory, arguing for a structured approach to integrating multimedia in educational settings. The research responds to two primary questions: How can multimedia technology enhance the teaching and learning experience? And how can we facilitate the adoption of new educational technologies among traditional educators? The paper finds that the I.I.P.A System’s structured approach to multimedia integration addresses various aspects of the learning process while also facilitating technology adoption among educators. In light of these findings, the paper argues that the I.I.P.A System offers a comprehensive solution for modernizing educational practices, bridging the gap between traditional and digital learning methods while addressing the diverse needs of learners at various stages of their educational journey.
