ABSTRACT:
The summary presented here discusses the implementation processes of the training for the development of socio-emotional skills in College students. Guided by Transformative Learning (TL), students are invited to review their interpretations previews about topics that involve your personal positioning as a ethical, entrepreneurial, reflective subject, open to cultural diversity and accustomed to sustainable attitudes. Such skills are exposed by the student in their eportfolio, which presents their professional technical knowledge, as well as their socio-emotional skills. In view of the registration and communication to society of the training profile achieved by students. During his undergraduate course, a system was created to record the development of socio-emotional skills and construction of the e-portfolio under the responsibility of the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Transformative Learning at Mackenzie Presbyterian University, Sao Paulo, Brazil. In this way, a repository of activities proposed by teachers, in addition to recording the socio-emotional skills achieved by teachers students. The proposal is that the system be further improved and that the repository lasts throughout the student’s entire professional life, also creating a professional life repository. Finally, it is expected that Artificial Intelligence can be applied, based on records carried out in the system, to assist in evaluating the development of socio-emotional skills and support the choice of the candidate who best suits adapt to the job vacancies available in companies.
