The detailed comparison of the Academic Performance of current and previous terms showed significant alteration in students’ outcomes. The paper discusses the prospects for implementing co-teaching through Virtual collaboration among partner universities locally and internationally.
The methods applied in this article include the analysis of theoretical literature on interdisciplinarity, co-teaching, and virtual collaboration. Qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Questionaries were applied through Google Forms to have a more precise picture. In-depth interviews among students and academic staff also conveyed the benefits of interdisciplinarity.
The paper demonstrates the advantages of interdisciplinary and virtual interdisciplinary co-teaching in terms of enhancing student motivation, developing critical thinking skills, and promoting the sharing of knowledge and expertise among partner universities, faculties and professors.
