ABSTRACT:

Today, the capability of the contemporary leader is changing due to working environments and constant disruption across business contextuality becoming increasing complex and dynamic. In line of these changes, approach to lead workforce who experiencing the exert numerous pressures on organizations and those who enact them on profit driven strategy. Drawing a result of employees burned out, anxious, and disengaged-that harm and physically threat person wellness. Overcome this positive normal to new ultra-positive paradigm from current economistic to humanistic organizing approach is become challenging. Moving away from economistic school of thought requires the high potential and critical capabilities of transpirational leader who capable enough to enabling condition to transform and to inspire a new ever positive normal to cultivate humanistic approach via mindfulness practices that can reduce subordinate suffering and suffering of others. Based on the Buddhist philosophical framework and practices the wisdom of building a secular theory of humanistic organizing is directly challenge the tradition economistic approach of leading and organizing. Building on these assumptions, this concept offers a guiding principle for the organizational leader on how to implement the new forms of humanistic organizing to develop the mindfulness organization that be able to shift the management approach with new sources of wisdom in service of dignity and inclusive flourishing for a better tomorrow.
