Collaboration among Teachers across Subjects to Systematically Achieve Professional Development Goal

ABSTRACT:

This topic is focus on how teachers of different languages (Kazakh (T2), Russian (T2), and English (T3) ) can work together on Lesson study research to improve their teaching methods and outcomes. By collaborating, they can share insights, strategies, and challenges across different language contexts, which could lead to a more holistic approach to language teaching. We could explore how the Lesson study research process allows teachers to assess and refine their methods, while also fostering professional development and cross-cultural exchange among educators. The main goal of the study is to explore how teachers working together can improve their research skills. Additionally, the research examines how this collaboration might help boost students’ language learning abilities. This partnership was formed for two key reasons. First, it was driven by requirements from the school administration. Second, the teachers themselves were motivated by a desire to deepen their understanding of research methods. With these goals in mind, teachers were brought together to collaborate and learn.
