ABSTRACT:

This paper explores the transformative role of digital technology in enhancing multilingual education across diverse global contexts. The central premise is to identify how digital tools— such as learning management systems (LMS), translation applications, and virtual classrooms— can foster inclusive learning experiences for multilingual learners (MLs). By examining the use of these technologies in various cultural settings, we aim to uncover effective strategies that support language development and boost learner confidence. The analysis will investigate the specific features of LMS that are most beneficial for multilingual learners, addressing both the advantages and challenges inherent in digital learning environments. Additionally, this study will explore how these systems facilitate a global exchange of ideas and whether they are adaptable enough to meet the diverse needs of learners from different linguistic and cultural backgrounds. This study employs a mixed-methods approach, utilizing surveys and case studies to gather insights into student experiences and educational outcomes. By synthesizing findings from various regions, we aim to provide actionable recommendations for educators and policymakers, ultimately enhancing the effectiveness of multilingual education in an interconnected world.
