ABSTRACT:

This research explores the intersection of creativity and mental well-being, focusing on managing stress and perfectionism among gifted learners in science and mathematics. Gifted individuals often experience heightened performance pressures, perfectionistic tendencies, and emotional stress. The event will examine how creative practices, particularly in art and design, can serve as therapeutic tools for self-expression and mental resilience.
