ABSTRACT:

In 2024, artificial intelligence (AI) is expected to have an increasing influence on our daily lives. AI can be a suitable support in the field of management, and its use in the work of a manager can be very useful. It helps project managers plan budgets, predict required resources, estimate timelines and minimize potential risks. In recruitment, AI can help in writing advertisements, finding and identifying hidden talent and potential candidates, evaluating and selecting candidates based on various factors, including analyzing their skills, experience and performance
Machine learning – and all of its components – is a subset of AI. In machine learning, algorithms are applied to various types of learning methods and analytical techniques that allow a system to automatically learn and improve from experience without being explicitly programmed. For businesses, machine learning can be applied to any problem or goal that requires predictive results arrived at by complex data analysis.
Good leaders always try to make decisions that are quick and informed. The more fundamental a decision is, the more likely it is to have myriad and complex components and interdependencies. AI helps increase the wisdom and experience of humans through advanced data analytics and actionable analytics that support confident, real-time decision-making. It is important for businesses to ensure that data models are fair, unbiased, and can be explained and audited externally.
It is important to remember that AI is a powerful tool that can generate creative and imaginative content. However, it is important to use it responsibly and ethically. The article will focus on the relationship between AI and managerial work.
