ABSTRACT:

This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational involvement on corporate culture in the context of public companies in developing countries. Organizational involvement is considered a lever for public companies’ performances. It occurs because the employee adopts and internalizes the organization’s values, goals, and norms and demonstrates a willingness to exert significant efforts for the benefit of the organization and a strong desire to remain a member. The results reveal how organizational involvement is enhanced through a continuous training policy for agents and various methods to assess employee performance. There is a link between the level of involvement and the satisfaction of employees who are in direct contact with customers. Involvement can be seen as an overall force leading the individual to identify with and commit to the organization’s corporate culture. Corporate culture enables public companies to achieve a knowledge management process. It fosters its ability to adapt to new situations by acquiring new ideas that can potentially influence corporate behavior.
