ABSTRACT:

Many researchers agree that translation and stylistics play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication across linguistic and cultural boundaries. The purpose of this research is to investigate the intricate relationship between translation and stylistics in the context of digital media by addressing the following research questions: How are stylistic elements preserved, adapted, or creatively transformed during the translation process in various digital platforms? What is the impact of translation choices on audience engagement, user experience, and brand identity in the digital age? Focusing on digital presence such as social media, websites, digital marketing campaigns, etc., this study employs a mixed-methods approach. The theoretical framework utilized in this research combines concepts from translation studies and stylistics, with the view of understanding the factors influencing translators’ decisions when dealing with digital content. Moreover, empirical case studies are conducted to analyze translation strategies employed in different digital contexts, with a particular focus on linguistic accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and creative expression. By examining the interplay between translation and stylistics in digital media, this research aspires to contribute to our understanding of effective translation practices and their impact on audience perception and engagement in the digital age.
