ABSTRACT:
This study aims to test, analyze, and explain the effect of Financial Performance as a mediating influence of Corporate Governance and Intangible Assets on Company Value. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study were 12 chemical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used is saturated sample. The data that has been collected is analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Empirical analysis results can be concluded that intangible assets have a significant effect on financial performance. In addition, Financial Performance has a significant effect on Firm Value. Meanwhile, Intangible Assets have no significant effect on Firm Value. However, when mediated by Financial Performance, the effect of Intangible Assets on Firm Value is significant. The novelty in this study lies in Financial Performance as a mediating influence of Corporate Governance and Intangible Assets on Firm Value.
