Meanwhile, what we testify during the time adolescents spend within high school environment include behaviors like: impulsivity, recklessness, impatience, struggling to stay still, low self-esteem, increased anger or irritability, general defiance to authority, aggression, lack of regard and disrespect of societal norms or personal boundaries. This paper focusses on to the role of the teachers as an aid for the students to overcome the difficulties of learning and socializing while ensuring the general well-being, emotional and social stability of the students. These strategies include: implementing a simple and well-structured regulation, rewarding positive behaviors, taking short breaks during the lesson, encouraging progress through motivation, adaptation of teaching according to students’ needs, focusing on the causes of behaviors, creating a learning routine, individual assessment, establishing mutual relations, adapting the teaching methodology according to the learning capacity.
