Organizational Agility and Its Impact on Job Engagement at College of Education at Kuwait University

ABSTRACT:

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational agility on job engagement. The survey method was used to collect data from a random sample (n = 50) representing employees at the College of Education at Kuwait University. Two tools were used to achieve the purpose of this study: the first tool measured organizational agility and the second tool measured job engagement. The results showed that: (1) the level of organizational agility was moderate; (2) the level of employees’ job engagement was high; (3) job engagement can be highly predictable through the availability of the organizational agility dimensions. Relevant recommendations are included.
