ABSTRACT:

This article delves into the application of the spiraling model in education, emphasizing the importance of technology integration and value alignment in promoting innovation. Based on foundational theories from Jerome Bruner (1960), Piaget (1970), and Vygotsky (1978), the spiraling model’s ongoing and iterative approach is explored. The article also highlights the vital role of digital technology in transforming education and the need for adaptive and flexible learning spaces. Lastly, the Integrated Educational Transformation and Learning (IETL) model is proposed as a comprehensive framework for educational institutions to achieve continuous growth and transformation. Theoretical frameworks of Jerome Bruner’s Spiral Curriculum model and the concept of an Innovation Spiral in the field of education, emphasizing the potential they offer for the implementation of educational innovation. Using an academic comparative study, we focus on five educational institutions that have effectively utilized technological innovation while adhering to their core values.
