ABSTRACT:
This study investigates the complex interplay among trust in supervisors, organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB), and job performance in the workplace setting. Through the participation of 200 officials, valuable insights were gained into the dynamics of trust, OCB, and job performance. Employing a structured questionnaire, data collection was meticulously carried out to capture respondents’ perspectives on trust in supervisors, engagement in OCB, and self-reported indicators of job performance. The amassed data underwent rigorous analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the SMART PLS software. The results unveiled noteworthy connections between trust in supervisors, OCB, and job performance, underscoring the pivotal role of trust in catalyzing organizational citizenship behaviors and elevating overall job performance within the workplace. Organizations can leverage these insights to prioritize trust-building initiatives and promote a supportive environment that encourages proactive engagement and performance excellence among employees.
