ABSTRACT:
This research proposal seeks to investigate the interplay between servant leadership, organizational culture, and work engagement in the public sector. Recognizing that the effectiveness of public sector organizations heavily relies on the motivation and engagement of their employees, this study posits that servant leadership, with its emphasis on employee well-being and development, significantly influences work engagement. Moreover, it suggests that the impact of servant leadership on work engagement is mediated by the prevailing organizational culture. The study will employ a quantitative approach, utilizing a survey questionnaire to gather data from a diverse sample of public sector employees. Data analysis will be conducted through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to examine the relationships between these key variables. The anticipated findings hold the potential to provide practical insights for public sector leaders and organizations, guiding them towards leadership practices that enhance employee engagement and, consequently, bolster organizational effectiveness.
