The objective of this research is to ascertain the plight of Filipino migrant workers exodus that search for a better pasture abroad. Descriptive research was applied to gather pertinent data through one-on-one interview, survey, and observation. The study discovered that many Filipino migrant workers left their motherland for another country searching not only for work but to escape from several personal and social problems because they are hoping that by living abroad, they can have tranquility and peace of mind.
