ABSTRACT: 

This topic examines the role of digital educational content for smart devices and various interactive media, in developing language skills and developing them with the learner and enhancing his linguistic ability, its role in facilitating the learning process and increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the educational system by providing a modern electronic learning environment that provides a new perspective on the nature of teaching Arabic language skills to other speakers and what may be contained in the objectives.
