ABSTRACT:
The current study aimed to evaluate the impact of work-life balance on job performance and measure the modifying effect of using talent management, servant leadership style, and organizational commitment by conducting a field study on employees of small and medium-sized companies working in the field of implementing telephone networks in the Arab Republic of Egypt from During the analysis of the questionnaire data obtained from 408 technical workers, administrators, supervisors and managers in companies working in the field of implementing telephone networks in Egypt, the 26SPSS and AMOS26 programs were used to analyze the data obtained. Through this program, the study hypotheses were tested, which resulted in: work life balance has a significant impact on job performance.
