Problems and difficulties in the Rural School: Learning and Community Development Challenges

ABSTRACT: 

One of the biggest challenges Ghana faces is rural poverty and education. Rural school principals face many different challenges in their area. These challenges come from a wide range of sources, within the framework of school classification, and the school environment itself. After sixty years of independence, rural education has shown little progress. Together this article highlights the complexities, connections, and unaffected by the challenges facing rural schools and education in Ghana. This document examines the responses of rural school principals in the Western region and also examines the responses of rural school principals in the Western region, especially in the areas of Takoradi and Enchi. The research focuses on teaching-based education, focusing on the challenges and problems of local principals.
