Research on the Sustainable Development of China’s Street Vendor Economy

ABSTRACT:
The street vendor economy increases employment, stimulates the economy, and helps economic recovery and development. In the post-epidemic period, it is important to achieve the sustainable development of street vendor economy to stimulate the national economy. Based on PEST theory and SWOT theory, we analyze the street vendor economy from four aspects, starting from the macro environment and current situation of street vendor economy development; combining foreign experience and China’s domestic situation, we propose development strategies for sustainable development of street vendor economy by using four strategies of SO, ST, WO and WT.
