Searching Moderating Effects of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Relationship between Employee’s Personality and Innovative Work Behavior

ABSTRACT: 

Innovation plays a critical role in today’s highly competitive and technologically advanced world. many organizations have recognized that Innovative Work Behavior (IWB) is an essential determinant of effective organizational functioning in meeting new challenges. In this context, the aim of this study is to examine the relationship between personality and innovative work behavior along with investigating the moderating role of leadership and organizational culture in this relationship. A field study has been conducted by utilizing convenience sampling method.  Data obtained from respondents is being analyzed through SPSS statistical package program. In this respect, descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis  and regression analyses are being executed. Hypotheses investigating moderating effect of leadership and organizational culture on personality-innovative work behavior is tested through .Hayes’ PROCESS macro, which is developed for SPSS. Analyses results will be submitted for the Conference Presentation.
