Exploring the Potential of Learning Resource Management Systems for Improving Learner Engagement, Retention, and Satisfaction in the Moroccan Educational Context: A Conceptual Framework

The use of technology in education has become increasingly prevalent in recent years, and Learning Resource Management (LRM) systems have emerged as a promising solution to enhance the learning experience and improve student outcomes. This paper aims to provide a conceptual framework for the design and implementation of LRM systems in the Moroccan educational context. The framework is based on a thorough literature review of existing LRM systems, their benefits, and the challenges they face. The research also explores the unique cultural and technological context in Morocco and how it may influence the design and implementation of LRM systems. The main objective of this research is to provide a comprehensive framework for the development and deployment of LRM systems in Morocco that considers the specific needs of the Moroccan educational context. The framework is designed to address the key factors affecting the success of LRM systems, including the needs of students, teachers, and institutions, as well as the technological and cultural constraints. The framework also considers the importance of student engagement, retention, and satisfaction in the educational process and how LRM systems can contribute to these outcomes. Overall, this research seeks to contribute to the advancement of technology-enhanced learning in Morocco by providing a practical and evidence-based approach to the design and implementation of LRM systems. The proposed framework offers a valuable resource for educators, policymakers, and researchers looking to explore the potential of technology to transform education in Morocco and beyond.
