Synergetic Management – A New Innovative Technology in the Modern Economy

ABSTRACT:

The article substantiates the necessity of establishing synergetic management in enterprise management processes and examines its theoretical and methodological aspects. The essence of synergetic effects manifested in socio-economic systems and their economic relationship with synergetic management and sustainable development concepts are identified. Furthermore, the possibilities of applying synergetics in enterprise management processes are investigated, the differences between the synergetic approach and other scientific approaches are revealed, and the distinctive characteristics of synergetic management are analyzed. In addition, the requirements for the emergence of synergetic management principles are studied, and it is determined that their application creates conditions for strengthening control measures in enterprises and optimizing the management process. The essence and role of benchmarking, considered one of the new trends among enterprise management parameters, are also defined. Finally, within the framework of synergetic management, attention is drawn to the importance of developing a national benchmarking strategy regulating activity directions in the continuous search for advanced methods of business organization and effective management aimed at achieving progressive development and positive synergetic effects in enterprises. The study also emphasizes that the effective integration of innovative management mechanisms, strategic planning tools, and adaptive organizational models contributes to increasing enterprise competitiveness, improving decision-making processes, and ensuring long-term economic sustainability under conditions of rapid global economic transformation and technological change.
