ABSTRACT:
This paper explores integrated psychopedagogical and psychological approaches in educational, organizational, and experimental contexts, with an emphasis on learning and adaptation. It investigates how innovative strategies—such as play-based learning, creativity enhancement, and psychological support—can improve motivation, engagement, and performance. By combining insights from educational psychology, organizational behavior, and experimental research, the study outlines a comprehensive framework for understanding how individuals adapt to dynamic environments. The research employs both qualitative and quantitative methods to examine how cognitive, emotional, and contextual factors interact in learning processes. Findings emphasize the importance of interdisciplinary and evidence-based interventions in fostering adaptability, resilience, and personal growth across multiple domains. These perspectives offer valuable guidance for educators, counselors, and organizational leaders seeking to implement inclusive and human-centered practices. The study advocates for a holistic and transdisciplinary approach to development, bridging theoretical constructs with practical applications in real-world educational and organizational settings.
