Research on Measuring the Integration Level of Hightech Manufacturing Industry Chain and Innovation Chain in X Province in China

ABSTRACT:

The integration of industrial chain and innovation chain is an important guarantee for the high-tech manufacturing industry in X Province to achieve high-quality development, and the synergistic effect generated by the coupling and coordinated development of the two is greater than the sum of the roles played by each system alone. This paper considers the double-chain fusion mode from the perspective of coupling coordination, constructs the evaluation index system of double-chain fusion level, and estimates and evaluates the double-chain coupling coordination degree of X high-tech manufacturing industry from 2013 to 2022. The results show that although the innovation chain coupling coordination degree of X high-tech manufacturing industry chain is generally on the rise, the double-chain coordination degree is generally low, indicating that the mutual cooperation between the double chains still needs to be strengthened. The paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as creating a double-chain cooperation platform and introducing high-level talents.
