ABSTRACT:

The rapid advancement of digital transformation has increased the strategic importance of digital leadership in contemporary organizations. This study investigates the influence of digital leadership on employee-driven knowledge sharing and innovative work behavior, while examining the moderating role of organizational learning culture in organizations located in Prague, Czech Republic. Using a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 205 employees across various organizations and analyzed to evaluate the relationships among digital leadership, knowledge sharing, learning culture, and innovation. The findings reveal that digital leadership significantly enhances employees’ willingness to share knowledge, which subsequently promotes innovative work behavior. Furthermore, organizational learning culture strengthens the positive relationship between digital leadership and knowledge sharing, creating an environment that encourages collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation. Employees working in organizations with strong learning cultures demonstrate greater engagement in knowledge exchange and are more likely to contribute innovative ideas and practices. These results highlight the critical role of digital leadership in fostering organizational innovation beyond technological adoption alone. The study provides practical insights for managers seeking to support digital transformation through leadership strategies that encourage learning, collaboration, and employee participation. By providing empirical evidence from the Czech Republic, this research contributes to the growing literature on digital leadership and emphasizes the importance of integrating technological capabilities with human-centered approaches to achieve sustainable organizational success in the digital age.
