ABSTRACT:

The article substantiates the necessity of synergetic management in enterprise management and examines its theoretical and methodological aspects. The study focuses on the growing complexity of economic systems and the need for approaches capable of responding to uncertainty, technological transformation, and changing market conditions. The essence of synergetic effects in socio-economic systems and their relationship with sustainable development are identified. Synergetic management is considered an integrative approach emphasizing interaction, self-organization, adaptation, organizational learning, innovation, and coordinated organizational capabilities. The possibilities of applying synergetic in enterprise management are investigated, differences between the synergetic approach and other scientific approaches are revealed, and the distinctive characteristics of synergetic management are analyzed. Positive synergetic effects may emerge when complementary organizational capabilities are strategically aligned and mutually reinforcing through coordination, information exchange, organizational learning, innovation, and adaptive capacity. Weak coordination, fragmented information, capability misalignment, and institutional constraints may limit such effects. Thus, effectiveness depends not only on individual capabilities but also on the quality of their interaction. The essence and role of benchmarking as an important enterprise management tool are also defined. Benchmarking is examined as a mechanism for identifying advanced practices, comparing performance, supporting continuous improvement, and facilitating effective methods of business organization and management. Within synergetic management, benchmarking can support organizational learning by helping enterprises identify performance gaps and adapt successful practices to their own conditions.
Finally, attention is drawn to the importance of developing a national benchmarking strategy aimed at the continuous search for advanced methods of business organization and effective management, progressive development, and positive synergetic effects in enterprises. Such a strategy may support innovative management practices and a more adaptive economic environment. The study emphasizes that integrating innovative management mechanisms, strategic planning, organizational learning, benchmarking, digital transformation, and adaptive organizational models can contribute to enterprise competitiveness, improved decision-making, and long-term economic sustainability. In Azerbaijan, synergetic management can support the transition toward a high-tech economy, innovative industry, accelerated digital transformation, economic stability, and stronger national competitiveness and long-term resilience. The proposed approach can contribute to enterprise competitiveness, improved decision-making, and long-term economic sustainability and sustainable progress.
