ABSTRACT:

International conflicts have always been a big challenge for global legal systems and international security. One of the vital dimensions of these conflicts is the Impact of human rights, which plays a key role In resolving conflicts and especially in maintaining global peace and security. This article tries to examine the role of human rights in solving international conflicts and analyze the challenges and solutions available in this field. First, the concept and history of human rights in International law are discussed and then the most effective tools available for integrating human rights In the conflict resolution process are examined. The results show that the convergence of human rights with international legal processes can help strengthen International peace and justice.
