Using examples from Latvia, Finland, and Singapore, it examines how education policies influence teacher recruitment, retention, and professional status. The study highlights key factors that make teaching a sustainable and attractive career, such as consistent policies, cultural considerations, and strategic planning. The findings provide insights into how education policies can address challenges like teacher shortages while adapting to local and global needs. This research aims to support the development of effective and innovative education policies for the future.
