ABSTRACT:

By exploring the comparison of media systems in the world in terms of their ability to provide an independent environment and freedom in practicing media activity, and in defining media freedom traditionally as the absence of state interference, but by asking the question of how different media systems in the world differ in terms of freedom and pluralism, we must ask whether media policies and their organization motivate the media to fulfill their responsibility and societal functions, the independence and freedom of media institutions constitute two crucial basic conditions, especially in light of the media economy, we will try in this topic to clarify the management of the quality of media institutions by reading a survey theory with the most important standards that provide us with quality in the management and administration of media institutions and their governance at the structural level and at the function level.
