The Application of Business Intelligence in Human Resources in the 21st Century

ABSTRACT:
The management of human resources is one of the most important aspects of any company’s strategy, since it has an impact on the accomplishment of the organization’s commercial goals. The implication of this is that modern human resource managers are required to make use of new information technology tools and techniques of data analysis in order to more successfully discover the connections that exist between individuals and the results of the company. The purpose of this article is to introduce the idea of using business information (BI) in the process of implementing an HR strategy. The benefits of using business intelligence in human resource management are discussed, along with the key performance indicators that make it possible to measure and evaluate the HR strategy.
