Key success factors of learning to develop entrepreneurship in creative cultural tourism businesses for high school students in the Sithep World Cultural Heritage Area

ABSTRACT:

The objective of this research is to study the success factors of learning to develop entrepreneurship in creative cultural tourism businesses for high school students in the Sithep World Cultural Heritage Area. Participatory Action Research (PAR) with 250 research partners from various organizations, namely schools in Sithep sub-district, Srithep Subdistrict Administration Organization and Department of Social Studies, Naresuan University. The results showed that the appropriate participatory learning model used to develop entrepreneurship in creative cultural tourism businesses for high school students in the area is the LEARN Model (L= Lifelong Learning, E = Economic Sharing, A = Appreciation of the World Cultural Heritage, R = Real World Evaluation, N = Next Generation Model).
