ABSTRACT:

Today more than ever, the reality of tomorrow’s world depends not only on technical feasibility and economic profitability, but also on how society negotiates and shapes its developments.
Around the world, and in Morocco in particular, government and industry players are recognizing the importance of Industry 5.0 in boosting the country’s competitiveness and meeting economic and social challenges. A number of initiatives and innovations have been put in place to foster this transition.
One priority is the digitization of Moroccan industry. Investments are being made to develop high-performance technological infrastructures and communications networks, enabling companies to adopt the cutting-edge technologies needed for Industry 5.0. These include setting up high-speed Internet access, creating smart industrial zones and encouraging research and development in key areas. Our main objective would then be to draw up a strategic roadmap for the development of Industry 5.0, focusing on technological innovations and specific solutions to the challenges facing the country, as well as strengthening the country’s competitiveness, creating skilled jobs, improving organizational performance and promoting sustainable development in Moroccan industry.
To this end, using a mixed-methods approach in our study would seem effective, as it would involve combining qualitative and quantitative methods to gain an in-depth understanding of the transition to Industry 5.0 in Morocco.
This could include in-depth interviews with key industry players, statistical analyses of the quantitative data collected, as well as case studies to delve deeper into specific aspects in order to obtain a complete picture of the challenges, opportunities and implications of this transition.
