ABSTRACT:

Financial Technology is a hot topic in the research. This study is about the Technology Acceptance Model and employees’ attitudes towards the adoption of Fin-Tech in Italian banks. This research was purely conducted in Italy. Based on previous studies conceptual framework has prepared constructed six independent variables (Perceived Usefulness, Employee’s Trust, Brand Image, Perceived Risk, Government Support and Innovativeness) and one dependent variable Adoption towards Fin-Tech. The sample size is 130. The sample was collected from those Italian banks which are controlled by Central European Bank namely; Medio Banca, Credito Banca, BPER Banca, UBI Banca, Banca Papolre di Sondrio, and Banca Carige. Six hypotheses were proposed for this study. For the analysis SPSS and SPSS-AMOS 26 version, the SEM Approach has been used to develop (Structured and Measurement models). Frequency distribution tables were generated for demographic characteristics. Later Harman Common factor analysis test has been applied for composite reliability and loadings of items, Cronbach Alpha was used for measuring the validity and all variables have excellent validity, finally in measurement model p-value was computed and suggests that Perceived Usefulness and Brand image are not statistically significant with adoption towards Fin-tech services while Employee’s trust, Perceived risk, Government support, and Innovativeness are statistically significant with adoption towards Fin-tech services. In future research use the ease of use variable and do the study in all Italian banks.
