This beautiful idea reflects contemporary thinking about society and world in general, but what is the reality of it? Are teachers, schools and pupils prepaired for that? Our research is mainly focused on social part of inclusion, on developing communication and cooperation among pupils at primary schools in the Czech Republic. We would like to show the good practise of inclusion and to support teachers in their work. Currently we are at at pre-research phase that involves interviews with teachers target at their work with class team, development of key competencies, personality and approach of the teacher, cooperation with other teaching staff.
