ABSTRACT:

In order to think and act prospectively, it is necessary to analyze the trends of sociel development and the issue of university education, as well as the relationship with the labor market of the Republic of Moldova. The aim of the research is the theoretical and praxiological approach to the design of prospective skills in the university curriculum through the infusion and to determine the level of design of these skills by teachers in the subjects taught. As a result of this analysis, it is necessary to propose modifications in the sense of training specialists in order to meet both present and future requirements. Today, the Republic of Moldova is in the process of synchronizing with the European Union in its attempt to apply EU standards on the quality of education and organizational structures. To address these challenges, we propose a theoretical and praxiological framework that facilitates the assessment of the level of design of prospective skills and their design in the university curriculum through the infusion approach to different specialties. Thus, we come up with instructional implications and directions of application in practice, of the design in university curricula, for the various field, of prospective skills.
