ABSTRACT: 

Implementation for civil servants (PNS) and government employees with work agreements (PPPK) in Indonesia during the corona virus (covid-19) pandemic of Law Number 5 Year 2Ol4 concerning State Civil Apparatus Government Regulations on Civil Servant Management No 11 years 2017 Article 8. Government Regulation on Management of PPPK No 49 years 2018 Article 4 and 5 acceptance of the needs of state civil servants in Indonesia during the covid -19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative method.
Based on the results of research and discussions regarding Implementation of the acceptance of state civil services policy in the republic of indonesia during the corona virus pandemic (covid – 19) “Creating Professional State Apparatus and High Integrity to Achieve World-Class Government in service to the
President and Vice President to realize the vision of the president and vice president: “A Developed Indonesia that is Sovereign, Independent, and has a personality based on Mutual Cooperation” and create a Lean, Agile, Integrated and Electronic-Based Electronic Bureaucracy Institution and Governance – digital bureaucracy.
Building HR Apparatus that is Adaptive, Professional, Competitive and With Global Insight. Develop a Transparent and Accountable Performance Management System for Government Agencies. Creating a Professional, Independent and Integrity Supervision System. Realizing Clean, Accountable and Serving Public Services. Improving the Quality of Bureaucratic Reform Management.
