ABSTRACT:

Education policy of War in education and training of the Ministry of Defense in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia is in line with the dynamics of the times, science and technology; the definition of a war has also changed. At present, in the context of war to defend the Republic of Indonesia, war is not only related to the use of military force (hard power) in the field of defense and security
(HANKAM), but is more prominent in the fields of ideology, politics, economy, social and culture (IPOLEKSOSBUD) which leads to the use of diplomacy, universal defense, and irregular warfare which tends to be soft power. Although war today takes a limited form and involves behind-the-scenes actors and victims, they are not immediately visible to the eye; but the scope is more systematic and has a broad impact. For example, intelligence war, cyber, and trade war.
