Successfully Managing A Classroom With Satisfied Students

ABSTRACT: 

In my profession, as an educator, I am constantly faced with the problem of successfully managing the classroom and keeping the students satisfied. The classroom can be a stressful place, and being able to manage the students to respond positively depends on many factors of their satisfaction with education. I investigated some aspects of students’ satisfaction with teachers and school. I have compared the importance and the satisfaction with the performance of investigated factors of students’ satisfaction. I wanted to obtain relevant information about the students’ satisfaction and quality of the educational process at my school. Recognizing the critical factors of satisfaction is crucial for improving teaching and managing the classroom.
