ABSTRACT: 

This paper describes the evolution and current state of supply chain management and examines ways blockchain can improve current supply chain processes and activities. The paper examines the current use of blockchain technology in the agriculture, automotive, diamond mining, and transportation industries. Further, it discusses potential applications, risks, and challenges associated with integration of blockchain technology and supply chain management.
