ABSTRACT: 

This research explores the under researched field of sex trafficking during international sporting events and the effects on the hospitality and tourism industry. The Super Bowl is one of the largest international sporting events and there has been data that shows to be a correlation sex trafficking and sporting events. This thesis seeks to identify best practices/ lesson learned guideline preventative response, and to contribute new information for the hospitality and tourism industry in host cities.
