ABSTRACT:

In this extremely complex situation, businesses must not only maintain their competitive advantages, but balance them according to societal expectations and needs, express a positive attitude to change and take concrete long-term action to adapt and withstand the challenges of others. active civic environment.
This requires a redefinition of policies and priorities in business development strategies – specifically on the planning and management of production capacity, so that industrial enterprises can successfully adapt to the dynamically changing conditions and circumstances of the global environment.
Improper planning of production capacity can hinder the long-term success of the organization, and underestimation of these basic decisions can lead to disruption of internal connections in the production subsystem. This paper presents a conceptual model for the selection of an expert team to determine indicators influencing the effective planning and management of the production capacity of the industrial enterprise. The proposed conceptual model can be applied both in the Bulgarian economic practice and in the European and international one.
