ABSTRACT: 

Guidelines for the shariah compliances are framed by regulators in respective countries. Based on their protocol all the related financial parameters are analyzed then the companies can achieve the Status of Shariah compliant company.  Investors who are interested in investing in ethical business can get the list of companies in the websites of the regulators and make their investment correspondingly. In this paper, we will discuss about the drawbacks of the current fractional reserve banking and advantages of investing in Ethical business. Case study of success story of DEWA PJSC (Dubai electricity and Water Authority – public joint stock company) is the globally leading fully integrated utilities company and the exclusive provider of electricity and potable water in Dubai has entered into the stock markets and benefitted their business as well as the investors such that win-win situation is achieved.
